ABOUT THE SHOW

Inspired by Lebron James’ The Shop, 6ix Love is a six episode podcast style talk show featuring the who’s-who of Toronto culture and politics. Every episode three guests, ranging from recording artists and TV personalities to politicians and community leaders, who will talk about life and culture over a game of dominoes.

 

Visually, the overall tone of the series will be warm, clean and cinematic, and filmed in a local Caribbean restaurant. The wardrobe will be street/hip-hop. The overall vibe will be chill.

 

Our intention is to create a final piece that reflects the diversity and culture of the City of Toronto, as well as evokes serious, passionate and entertaining conversations over drinks and dominoes which are staples at any Caribbean gathering. To be hosted on the SHIFTER YouTube channel, 6ix Love is set to be the first show of its kind in the City of Toronto.
