Kevin Bourne, also known as "KB", is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, TV/film producer, writer, TEDx speaker, and strategist. He has worked everyone from politicians, CEOs, and recording artists, to leading organizations like New Balance, Aveeno, Universal Music Group, Warner Music, Toronto FC, CBC, York University, and TD Canada Trust.

The former political staffer has appeared nationally on CBC News Network, CBC Music 94.1FM, CTV, CBC Radio, CityNews, Newstalk 1010, and ByBlacks.com, and in the United States on VoyageLA and on Fox’s Black digital TV network, Fox Soul. 

 

After years gracing some of the biggest red carpets in North America and interviewing Hollywood's biggest stars, including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Kevin Hart, Sydney Sweeney, Channing Tatum, Lilly Singh, and Howie Mandel, he was named one of 340 international voter for the a Golden Globe® Awards.

Pivoting into the world of film and television, Kevin has completed the Second City Introduction to Writing for TV class and the Canfro Productions x Warner Bros. Access Discovery Diversity Showrunner Program. Alongside his wife Koliah, Kevin has co-founded the film, TV, digital content, and live experiences company, SHIFTER Entertainment. Through SHIFTER he has produced a number of projects, including two digital series for CBC, two short films, and was the showrunner, executive producer, writer and co-director for the Bell Fibe TV1 unscripted reality series A Date In The Life.

Now, KB is poised to continue to be a champion for Black entertainment and culture alongside his wife and business partner, Koliah.
